Futuregames, a leading creative school in the gaming and tech industry in Poland, will host Berghs School of Communications' AI Week at the renowned CD PROJEKT campus., 

Together with Berghs, Futuregames offers in-depth, hands-on workshops on how AI is revolutionizing interactive storytelling, and creative technologies. DDB also joins Berghs “AI-Week” as a partner. Their local presence and support ensures that the courses are directly relevant to the Polish communication landscape.

We’ve created four dynamic courses, tailored to your needs. All courses will be taught in English and delivered by top industry experts in a practical workshop format, over one day or two days.

WRITING/STRATEGY/MARKETING

AI Prompting for All: Beginner's level, no prior professional experience. Come as you are, build the foundation, learn basic prompting techniques, and get up to speed on how AI can transform your work. (1-day course)

AI for Marketing Professionals: Professional level, for those who already use AI to a certain extent. This course is designed to help you create custom Custom AI bots suited to your needs and to implement AI tools in your actual workflow. (2-day course)

DESIGNERS/CREATIVES/PHOTOGRAPHERS/FILMMAKERS

AI for Creatives: Beginner's level, no prior professional experience. Come as you are, learn basic prompting techniques, and explore the best tools for image generation and editing. (1-day course)

AI for Designers: Professional level, designed for creative professionals with experience. Dive deep into AI tools, master advanced techniques for cinematic, photographic, and illustrative image generation, enhancing, exporting and more.

• AI Week offers 6 hours of intensive learning per day, equipping participants with the skills to excel in the fast-evolving world of creative AI-driven communication.

• Day 1 starts with a common short introduction to say hello and to get everyone aligned, followed by tailored sessions for each course.

With only a limited number of seats available, AI Week operates on a first come, first served basis. This exclusive event is an opportunity to gain global AI expertise in a focused, hands-on setting.

In order to obtain a course certificate, at least 80% physical attendance on the course is required.

Apply by registering directly on the course page of your choice. You can pay with credit/debit card, or you can request an invoice. Note that each application is individual. For group applications, please contact us and we'll guide you through registration and payment.

Then what?
Once you have successfully registered and paid, you do not have to do anything. We will send you practical information 14 days before the course starts, and then again the week before the event. This gives you plenty of time to prepare.

Refunds and Cancellation
Should Berghs School of Communication cancel the event, or just the course you signed up for, you will be fully refunded. Participants can cancel up to 14 days before the AI Warsaw event. Please contact us to cancel and get a refund. See the full terms and conditions.

The course participant is responsible for accommodation and travel expenses incurred in connection with the course. We recommend our participants to always choose a hotel/travel option that offers cancellation or rebooking options.

Multiple courses
Courses are scheduled on November 20, 21, and 22. You can apply to more than one course if you wish to follow the full event over 3 consecutive days. If you apply for more than one course, please mind the dates. You cannot take courses running on the same day/days.
