Justin Hackney is a London-based creative pioneer working at the crossroad of generative AI and innovation. As creative director of the AI company ElevenLabs, he runs the development of AI voice to make content available for everyone. He’s also the founder of Realdreams, a collective that collects talents in AI film creation and technology.

After a successful career in film, Justin stepped into the AI world through collaborations with OpenAI and companies such as Runway and Civitai. He is passionate about creating collaborative AI ecosystems that support artists and shape the future for digital creation.
Justin’s passion is especially visible in his work with ethical AI tools and open source solutions that promote justice. He has also organised global AI film competitions and is now developing an international agency to help AI startups to grow.
