Harness the power of Influencer Marketing, creating impactful campaigns that go beyond traditional advertising. This course provides practical tools for influencer selection, campaign execution, organic and paid boosts, and performance tracking.
You'll learn how to collaborate effectively with influencers to bring authentic value to your brand, maximize ROI, and build long-term customer trust and loyalty.

The course is s designed for advertising, marketing, PR, and media professionals and it is conducted over 4 weeks (online). It includes weekly evening classes (2h/week), demos, practical assignments, discussions, and feedback. The flexible format is designed to fit the life of a working professional and it can easily be combined with a full-time job.

Week 1: Influencer Marketing Strategy
Understanding the landscape and its impact on brands. Aligning influencer roles with brand strategies. Setting clear objectives and KPIs for your influencer campaign. Identify who to work with, and for what purpose. Setting briefs, timelines, and goals.

Week 2: Selection and Outreach
Reach, Relevance, and Resonance in your selection process. Seeking authentic partnerships that align with your brand’s core values. Setting marketing budgets and balancing costs with expected outcomes. Best practices for negotiating with influencers or agencies.

Week 3: The Campaign
Collaborating with influencers to create engaging, on-brand content. Strategies for boosting campaign impact through both organic reach and paid ads. When and how to use paid promotion to enhance influencer efforts.

Week 4: Measurement and ROI
Tracking and reporting on influencer marketing outcomes. Identifying critical performance indicators to measure ROI. Building long-term partnerships with influencers and maintaining positive relationships. Handling feedback and managing controversies.

This course is for advertising, marketing, PR, and media professionals who want to learn how to work effectively with Influencer Marketing. The course is designed for people working at agencies as well as in-house marketing departments. We require a minimum of 3 years of work experience and a good level of English.
You either have previous experience working with Influencers and you need better tools for getting value out of it., or you are new to Influencer Marketing and wish to start with the right tools. After completing this course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and the skills to lead successful Influencer Marketing projects for brands big and small.

The course includes hands-on content and practical weekly assignments culminating in one final project review. Weekly live classes are conducted on Zoom and they are approximately two hours long. All you need is a laptop and a good internet connection.
Our classes are small and interactive, and we encourage students to keep their cameras on at all times and participate in discussions. The format is light and flexible, with classes running in the evening (CET). We estimate a maximum study time of 10 hours/week for four weeks. This means you can easily combine the course with a full-time job.
Between classes, you will work on weekly assignments and share feedback with the instructor and your peers in a dedicated digital classroom (Canvas). Login keys and Zoom links will be provided to all enrolled students one week before the course starts.

Course Dates

The course starts on Tuesday, March 4th at 18:00 CET via Zoom. Subsequent 2-hour live sessions to take place on consecutive Tuesdays at 18:00 CET via Zoom.
